Animal livestock requires the highest quality standards and also the most animal-friendly design at the same time. In our industrialized world, for example, the extremely high demand for eggs and poultry can only be met through systematic large animal livestock farms. Compared to floor livestocks, cage lattice systems represent a hygienic alternative and thus prevent mass diseases. WDM Deutenberg has been a reliable supplier of cage fences, poultry grids, rearing cages and aviary systems for many decades and always met the requirements for efficiency and species-appropriate caging accorrding to our clients.
Poultry cages made from spot welded grids
Since 1968, WDM Deutenberg has been manufacturing industrial animal and poultry cages as well as aviaries for keeping birds and small animals, WDM Deutenberg is therefore one of the pioneers in Germany for the development of modern livestock cages.
WDM Deutenberg was also one of the first ones in the development of the process for welding Galvan wires (ZnAl) as a cheaper and better quality alternative to hot-dip galvanizing of bare wire grids.

In addition, we are constantly developing our production technologies for various forms of livestock cages. These include rearing cages, bird cages, small animal cages and aviary systems. However, not all cages are the same, and bars are not just bars.
