Another step has been taken for the future owners, namely the start of the construction of a visual and noise protection structure up to 5.10 m high along the B 525. The 1.00 m wide wall with an internal concrete core will efficiently reduce the noise emissions from the high volume of traffic on the adjacent federal highway in the future.

The imposing building is also a real eye-catcher visually and, thanks to the visible surfaces made of "Ibbenbüren sandstone", blends harmoniously into the rural surroundings. The new development area is being developed by the Legdener construction company Bogenstahl GmbH, which commissioned Plas GSB GmbH & Co. KG from Wietmarschen to build the noise protection walls.

We supply the spot-welded wire mesh and accessories (spirals and spacers) made of steel wire with a special and therefore very durable zinc-aluminum coating.
