Depending on the area of ​​application and according to the individual wishes of our customers, different materials and finishing processes are used in the manufacture of our welded wire grids - for example corrugated mesh, which is hot-dip galvanized. The basis is either bare wire or a galvanized or aluminum galvanized variant.

A particularly high-quality and corrosion-resistant alternative in the manufacture of welded mesh is the use of stainless steel wire. The smooth wires are laid on top of each other at right angles and permanently connected to one another at their crossing points using precise spot welding.

Thanks to this series of numerous fixed nodes, welded mesh has enormous stability and extraordinary resilience. The regular sequence of the nodal points causes the forces acting to be distributed evenly and ensures the typical inherent rigidity of the welded mesh.
